This is an ongoing effort to supply bears to local fire departments, hospitals and the Ronald McDonald House to make a child going through a traumatic experience feel a little more safe with a bear in their arms. Barb Wiedeman created Jessie’s Bears because her daughter, Jessie, experienced such an event. Barb wants all children to feel safe during an ambulance ride or in a hospital room and why she created Jessie’s Bears.
